I grew up here in the 1990s, when open fields still separated the neighborhoods. Today my wife Ana and I are raising our family in Heritage Lake. I’m not a career politician. I’ve worked for myself since 2012, made payroll, and produced results under real constraints. I bring an operator’s eyes to City Hall, not a politician’s habits.

Menifee raised me.

My family moved here in 1990. Today Ana and I are raising our own family in Heritage Lake. I’m a small business owner, not a career politician, and I’m running to protect what makes District 4 home.

Where I stand

Menifee has added more than 12,000 residents since the 2020 census. Here’s what I’ll fight for:

1Growth That Serves FamiliesRecruit the sit-down restaurants, medical offices, and childcare that families drive out of town for today.2Small Bays, Not Big BoxesWe have enough warehouses coming. Build the smaller spaces that give local business a start: small bays, light industry, room to grow.3Open Space Worth KeepingThe city's own plan found 2.6 park acres per 1,000 residents against its five-acre standard. Hold it to that promise, and preserve open country like the 398-acre Menifee Hills.4Roads and Traffic That Keep Up With UsInfrastructure that arrives with the rooftops, funded the way Holland Road was.5Public Safety We Can MeasurePublish response times where residents can see them. Staffing should follow the data.6Independent by DesignNo developer money. Not now, not later. And you can check.
