Frank Sandoval for Menifee City Council, District 4
Protect what makes District 4 home.
Growth with standards. Services with deadlines. Records anyone can check.
I grew up here in the 1990s, when open fields still separated the neighborhoods. Today my wife Ana and I are raising our family in Heritage Lake. I’m not a career politician. I’ve worked for myself since 2012, made payroll, and produced results under real constraints. I bring an operator’s eyes to City Hall, not a politician’s habits.

Meet Frank
Menifee raised me.
My family moved here in 1990. Today Ana and I are raising our own family in Heritage Lake. I’m a small business owner, not a career politician, and I’m running to protect what makes District 4 home.
Read my storyWhere I stand
Menifee has added more than 12,000 residents since the 2020 census. Here’s what I’ll fight for:
Independent by design
I don’t take money from developers. Not local ones, not out-of-town ones, not their companies or their principals.
I’m not asking you to trust that I’ll vote independently. I’m removing the reason to wonder.
Let’s get to work
My whole career, the things I made had to actually work. If you live in District 4, I’d like to earn your vote.
Volunteer
Knock on doors, host a meet and greet, or put up a yard sign.
Contribute
Funded by me, my family, and our supporters. No developer money, ever.
